These are listed in /Applications/TeX/Utilities/TeX Live Manager/TeX  
Live Manager.pdf:

gedi
ptked
ptksh
tkjpeg
widget

Another way to see exactly what's installed by /Applications/TeX/ 
Utilities/TeX Live Manager/Tk-804.028.pkg is to open the package  
(double click the .pkg bundle, which will open it in Installer.app).  
Then, after clicking Continue in the dialog that pops up, go to File >  
Show Files (Cmd-I).
