[OS X TeX] Unavailability of ImageMagick through Gerben Wierda's i-Installer

Hi,

thank you for the explanation about the issues behind the i-Installer
packages unavailability. The problem is that in the case support for
i-Installer were to be discontinued it is not still clear how, when and by
which application its features could be replaced.
