[OS X TeX] Annoying behavior in TeXShop 2.18

I kept pestering Dick for that one -- maybe he just wanted to shut me  
up (though I would have been satisfied with a hidden pref). :-)

P.S. I wanted this pref because with Leopard, I can use the scroll  
wheel on my mouse to scroll windows that are in the background.
