[OS X TeX] tlmgr issues

I suggest to learn if it is installed:

1) % tlmgr show phyzzx
2) % tlmgr search phyzzx
3) %tlmgr search --file  phyzzx
4) % phyzzx

To reinstall try (if not)

5) % tlmgr install phyzzx

If doesn't help post in tex-live at tug.org (which is monitored by TL team)
