[OS X TeX] wierd rule behavior

Thank you for your response.

Yes, this is a very recent development -- less than a week old.
I tried all of my problematic files with Adobe reader 9.  They all
printed perfectly.  So I guess the culprit is the HP print driver.

Now what do I do?  Send a nasty note to HP?
