[OS X TeX] Lucida

[Michael Kubovy]

The output reported below was produced after issuing sudo updmap -- 
syncwithtrees

Just to be safe I redid it, and got the same result. It looks like  
sudo updmap --syncwithtrees isn't doing what it's supposed to do.
