[OS X TeX] [ANN] BibDesk 1.3.16

The BibDesk developers are pleased to announce that BibDesk 1.3.16 is  
now available for download at http://bibdesk.sourceforge.net.  This is  
primarily a bugfix release, in particular to avoid an exception in the  
French translation's preferences.

Thanks again to our nightly build testers and others who provided  
feedback.  Please continue to file bug reports via the Help menu.
