[OS X TeX] MacTeXtras Updated.

Howdy,

The MacTeXtras package has been updated. It should have the latest  
versions of all the software it supplies. You can get a listing of the  
software, with version and license information as well as links to  
developer sites, as <http://tug.ctan.org/get/systems/mac/mactex/ExtrasFolder.pdf 
 >.

I'd appreciate comments on the contents of MacTeXtras and suggestions  
for changes, etc.

I'm putting together a list that will also have a column listing OS  
versions for the software for future release.
