[OS X TeX] [OT] Embedding fonts in images

If you export an eps file from R, and then use the Apple tool pstopdf,  
you end up with a pdf that has the fonts embedded in the file.

Hope that helps.

You could apply this process to a whole directory of files by using  
"apply pstopdf *.eps"
