[OS X TeX] LaTeX to XML

Hi,

Sorry if it is a very obvious question.

I am writing an article and the journal does not "let" me submit it in
LaTeX.  They tell me that their final format is XML and that it is not
possible to convert the LaTeX file to XML. They much prefer that I use Word.

Is there a good LaTeX to XML converter?
