Here's a better test, to help choose the spacing:


\usepackage{bbold}
\newcommand{\covr}{\mathrel{\hbox{\textbb{;}}}}
\newcommand{\covb}{\mathbin{\hbox{\textbb{;}}}}
\newcommand{\covo}{\mathord{\hbox{\textbb{;}}}}

\begin{document}
$\mathbb{A\covr B \covr C}$

$\mathbb{A\covb B \covb C}$

$\mathbb{A\covo B \covo C}$
\end{document}
