Yes, but not pstricks compatible as far as I can see. xdv cannot be  
processed by a dvips-like tool, and therefore there is no postscript  
interpreter involved, needed for pstricks. It is an extended dvi (not  
classic dvi), and is translated straight from xdv to pdf.
