[OS X TeX] MinionPro Package with LiveTeX

The missing font files are tfm files. I have the MinionPro package
installed on 10.4 and the files are all found successfully so I suspect
something has gone wrong at the installation stage.

What do
 	kpsewhich MinionPro-Regular-Base-ab.tfm
and
 	kpsewhich MinionPro-It-Base-aa.tfm
 	give?
I get
 	/usr/local/texlive/2007/../texmf-local/fonts/tfm/adobe/MinionPro/MinionPro-Regular-Base-ab.tfm
and
 	/usr/local/texlive/2007/../texmf-local/fonts/tfm/adobe/MinionPro/MinionPro-It-Base-aa.tfm
but you should get something different if you installed elsewhere, of
course.
