Hi Pete,

I am sorry to bother you once again with a stupid question. When I run

sudo updmap-sys --enable Map=utopia.map

the Terminal complains "sudo: updmap: command not found" ... what gives?

I don't know whether this is the place to look for it, but I found  
updmap and updmap-sys in /usr/texbin.

Puzzled.
