[OS X TeX] hyperref and apacite

I have tried both orders and in both cases I have problems.   There is
also a nasty interaction between the packages url and apacite.    For
sure I can not use hyperref and url at the same time.

Anyway, it seems that having both hyperref and apacite in my APA paper
is not going to work.
