[OS X TeX] More Math Into LaTeX :-)

Howdy,

I just got my copy of George Grätzer's ``More Math into  
LaTeX'' (which I ``won'' at the TUG 2007 Conference :-)). This is  
George's latest incarnation of his ``Math into LaTeX'' and is  
expanded and a very complete introduction to LaTeX as well as the  
more esoteric world of maths expressed in LaTeX. Well done George!  
And on a Mac too!

I do still use \(...\) for in-line equations rather than $...$. :-)
