[OS X TeX] Problem with TeXShop

With the french version:

Menu source polices (fonts) plus grand (bigger) gives plus petit  
(smaller)

in french or in english Cmd= for bigger is strange . why not Cmd + ?

In french Bigger is Cmd - (very funny)

In french , menu composition (typeset) If select "tex + ghostscript"  
the two items are selected
  in the menu and if afetr I select personnal script now all the  
three items are selected.


I've delete the prefs and Download a new copy of TeXShop 2.14

When I try latex "tex + ghostscript" ( the last item selected in  
typeset menu works) I get

The problem is the same in the terminal.

I'm very happy because I prefer .pdf files but I want to test my  
packages with
  the script dvi-->ps-->pdf

Where is the problem ?
