don't know PDF Nup maker, but you could use pdfpages:
\documentclass[a4paper,14pt]{scrartcl}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[latin1]{inputenc}
\usepackage[final]{pdfpages}
\begin{document}
\includepdf[pages=-,nup=1x1,landscape,frame]{Slides.pdf}
% or
\includepdf[pages=-,nup=1x2,frame]{Slides.pdf}
\end{document}
