But you can either provide a documentation (a how-to) or a programme  
that can create this XML file. The Cocoa Emacs.app, coming from the  
NeXT, has such a programme which reads the current environment and  
records it ~/.MacOSX/environment.plist: lib-src/mac-fix-env.m.
