[OS X TeX] fonts in leopard

Note I was talking about ~/Library/Caches, not /Library/Caches, but it  
does indeed appear that user font caches now exist a few levels below / 
var/folders.  Be that as it may, pretty clearly something in Leopard  
is still reading stuff in ~/Library/Caches and not liking it, so there  
appears to be a gotcha here for LaTeX users who upgrade from Tiger and  
drag their old caches along with them.
