[OS X TeX] htlatex tex4t problem

I apologize for not responding immediately but truthfully I was not
able to find a description of how to reply to the list. I suspect
even now I am not responding properly.
My problem with the htlatex macros is now fixed due to an email
received the same day from Claus Gerhardt who provided the necessary
information. The solution involved installing the Flashmode and
Local Switcher from his website.
