[OS X TeX] How to match fonts in LaTeXiT with fonts in Keynote

I'm very inexpert on how to get fonts these days out of LaTeX, much

Can somebody please tell me how I would tell (a) a LaTeX article, and
then (b) LaTeXiT to use the Informal math font?
