[OS X TeX] How to match fonts in LaTeXiT with fonts in Keynote

Or MathDesign Garamond (part of TeXLive) with one of the Keynote
themes (forgot the name -- I've only used the trial version) that
uses Hoefler Text. The combination felt okay to me, though I am an
inexpert. Others on this list---like William Adams---might have more
informed opinions.
