[OS X TeX] Where is (dvi)latex?

pdftex has always had the ability to produce DVI as well as PDF. The  
TL team has decided to cut back to one engine for both. Only plain  
TeX is a separate engine because this follows the demands by Knuth  
himself who does not want TeX itself to change because it would  
influence the carefully manually tund layout decisions in his own books.
