[OS X TeX] Where is (dvi)latex?

Hi,

For a file I received, and which uses psfrag, I need to use (dvi) 
latex, which I haven't done in a long time.
Previously, I was using the chain latex -> dvips but on my most  
recent installation (TeXLive 2006 installed by GW's i-installer on a  
MacBook Pro), this doesn't work.
I figured the reason is that latex is an alias for pdfetex, and so it  
uses the pdftex engine rather than the (dvi)tex engine.

So my questiion: where is the dvitex engine?
