[OS X TeX] CTAN primary nodes have big problems with MacTeX traffic

I guess a nice solution would be to provide Bittorrents
for the mactex packages.  That would be quite quick and
would be a very nice, legal use of torrents.  Other people
use this technology already for legal purposes.
