Start up:
i-Installer -> i-Package -> Known Packages i-Directory...
Select one of the i-Directories in the left hand subwindow:
i-Directories -> Gerben's i_Directory at TUG
Then, in the right hand side subwindows:
Select, for ex., gwTeX based on TeX Live
Click [Open i-Package]
New window pops up: Click [Pkg Properties]
There you will find [Update Self from Remote]
[Re-read Remote Version]
After you check up these (Bruno gave so clear explanation of how
exactly the download and update works: which I've been needing), then, in
the same window, click
[Install & Configure].
