[OS X TeX] Multiple language packages

Two ways:

- Install the CM-Super i-Package.

- Don't install anything, just add the line:

\usepackage{lmodern}

This will make TeX use the Latin Modern fonts, a PostScript  
reimplementation of the EC fonts (whose absence the error message is  
complaining about).
