[OS X TeX] Does Mac-TeX 2007 include latex2rtf?

Hy list
I need to install a new distribution of tex (I used gwtex since now)
because I need to share a document for 'collaborative' editing and
hence to convert it to rtf or txt. I thought about installing the Mac
Tex 2007 distribution. But is latex2rtf included? If not, how can I
obtain it (without fink).
