[OS X TeX] tex files and smart folders

Try changing it to <string>(kMDItemDisplayName = "*.tex"cd) &&  
(kMDItemContentType != com.apple.mail.emlx) &&  
(kMDItemContentType != public.vcard)</string>.  Earlier versions of  
TeXShop probably don't export a kMDItemKind of 'TeX Document'.
