[OS X TeX] How to make TeXShop engines available to all users?

I guess I'll do that.   Given Maarten's message about 
~/Library/TeXShop being hard coded, there's not too much choice.

Thanks to everyone who responded.  (Still waiting for my LaTeXit 
question to be answered...!)
