[OS X TeX] How to make TeXShop engines available to all users?

Hi, I'm sure this has been covered before, but I can't seem to find 
it.  Where do I put a new TeXShop engine so that all users on a 
machine can use it?  Searching through the archives I see lots of 
"put the new engine in ~/Library/TeXShop" advice, but this is a pain 
with multiuser machines.
