I managed to install the free MathDesign fonts. In the PDF version of
the LaTeX test file these fonts are used:

name type emb sub uni
object ID
------------------------------------ ------------ --- --- ---
---------
YRHKBZ+ArevSans-Roman Type 1 yes yes no
4 0
DBASFL+ArevSans-Oblique Type 1 yes yes no
5 0
YRHKBZ+ArevSans-Roman Type 1 yes yes no
6 0
SWKTLB+MathDesign-CH-Bold-OT1-10 Type 1 yes yes no
7 0
JCJNLT+MathDesign-CH-Bold-Symbol-10 Type 1 yes yes no
8 0
JOFDLW+MathDesign-CH-Regular-Extension-10 Type 1 yes yes
no 9 0

The last three fonts are based on Bitstream Charter. Here is input
for showhtfonts.tex – the problem is that this LaTeX file does not
seem to show the whole fonts' contents: md-chree has calligraphic A
and B in the first two slots, which are not shown in the DVI file.
(The whole set of free MathDesign fonts is 85.)
