[OS X TeX] Page origin problem with TeXLive and dvips

It seems that even some files within TeX Live itself exhibit the  
result of this "bug" (?): if you look at the dvips doc /usr/local/ 
texlive/2007/texmf/doc/dvips/dvips.pdf, you'll see the top of the  
text on each page is suspiciously close to the top edge of the sheet  
of "paper".
