Well, I am not able to sort this out... Anyway, in addition to the
log files transmitted by AJG Baeumel yesterday, here is the file
"missfont.log" generated after typesetting of my minimal example:

mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 lmmi10
mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 lmex10
mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 lmmi10
mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 lmex10
mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 lmmi10
mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 lmex10

Hope that helps!
