Lmodern sets:

	\renewcommand{\rmdefault}{lmr}
	\renewcommand{\sfdefault}{lmss}
	\renewcommand{\ttdefault}{lmtt}

Helvet sets:

	\renewcommand{\sfdefault}{phv}

Courier sets:

	\renewcommand{\ttdefault}{pcr}

So in the end you'll set text in Latin Modern Roman, Helvetica, and
Courier.

What is the thrill of such a disparate mixture?
