[OS X TeX] TeX-Gyre package of 2007/01/11 not working

I have tried to update the package, but there is an error in the 
texgyre.configure script: every "ipksystem" should be "ipkgsystem", I 
guess.

I tried to modify the local copy, but the protection system does not allow 
this (not a bad thing, after all)
