[OS X TeX] RPN2TeX 0.8

Hello, long time!
I uploaded new RPN2TeX 0.8.

RPN2TeX enables us to input TeX equations with RPN(Reverse Polish  
Notation)
which is an input method that is used in HP calculators.

RPN2TeX version 0.8 includes some improvements and bug fixes.
Main features are below.
- Refined menubar.
- New operators palette.
- New various operators.
- Supported some of symbols and operators in AMS-TeX.
- "Undo" restores previous input field.

Some features are based on advices in this mailing list.
