[OS X TeX] i-Installer, gwTeX i-package updates

i-Installer has been updated to version 2.87.1, only some messages  
have been improved.

The gwTeX i-Package has been updated. I have fixed the typo that lead  
to a deselect of all languages when installing in simple mode (full  
or basic install). I have also slightly rearranged the configuration  
such that it is slightly more efficient.

I will be maintaining this until the situation has become stable  
(which also includes that the i-package will contain the final TeX  
Live binaries) and I will start 'sleeper mode' when that is done.  
Until then, the situation is still as old, though I have ended e-mail  
support for people with problems other than bugs I can reproduce  
immediately.
