[OS X TeX] LyX with TeXLive 2007

The installer script of version 1.37 needs changes in three places:

	line  #13, ADDED_PATHS=		teTeX -> gwTeX etc.
	line #116, LOCALDIR=		teTeX/share/texmf.local -> gwTeX/texmf.pkgs
	line #117, for TEXBIN in	teTeX -> gwTeX etc.

Patching it won't help much, because the script assumes it is run off  
the opened DMG file and references some install files relative to  
this point, instead of using an absolute path (which can work because  
the DMG file can be mounted under a particular name in /Volumes).  
It's also bad that in line #117 no element from the ADDED_PATHS value  
is re-used: two errors in two statements.
