It has been in my mind that you initiated an email sequence on the
locations for local additions to gwTeX and TeXLive-2007, and that Gerben
offered an abstraction away. I found it:

2007-January/027867.html - 027893.html

It seems that I have to place the bgtex-v3 files

bblopts.cfg
bghyphen.tex
bulgaria.ldf
bulgaria.sty

in some subdiretory of /usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local
By looking there, I can think of
/usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local/fonts
But I do not see further.

roussankas-computer:~ rosi$ ls -l
/usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local/fonts/ total 0
drwxr-xr-x 5 root wheel 170 Jan 17 19:48 map
roussankas-computer:~ rosi$ ls -l /usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local/fonts/map/
total 0
drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 102 Jan 17 19:48 dvipdfm
drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 102 Jan 17 19:48 dvips
drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 102 Jan 17 19:48 pdftex

By analogy to the TeXLive-2007, should I create the path:

/usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local/fonts/tex/generic/bgtex/

and put in it

bblopts.cfg
bghyphen.tex
bulgaria.ldf
bulgaria.sty

I've tried this: it's wrong, doesn't work...
