[OS X TeX] dvipng

Hi all,

I'm wondering where I might find a (preferably intel) binary of the  
latest version of dvipng. I tried building it myself, but had some  
difficulty linking in the dependencies. I believe it is not currently  
included in any of the MacTeX distributions or Gerben's distributions.
