[OS X TeX] Intermingling fonts using Fontspec

Greetings,

I've just figured out the answer to my own question.  If I define the 
command \gk{} as follows,

\newcommand{\gk}[1]{\fontspec{Porson}#1\rmfamily}

things turn out much better.
