[OS X TeX] Hyperlink failure with TeXShop and Preview

OK, I only tested with Adobe Reader, and there things work fine. This  
may be a bug in the Apple Frameworks. I'll ask Heiko if this can be  
put on CTAN, looks like it is more generally useful.
