I'd use before this:

	\usepackage{ifpdf}
	\ifpdf
	   \usepackage{cmap}
	\fi

and afterwards:

	\usepackage{textcomp}


When using

	%!TEX TS-program = xelatex
	%!TEX encoding = UTF-8 Unicode

this might produce problems when printing the source on a PostScript  
printer: it might think a PostScript file is coming. Make the % be %%!
