[OS X TeX] Page origin problem with TeXLive and dvips

Another possibility is invoking simpdftex with option

	--distiller="pstopdf -dAutoRotatePages=/None"

I don't know whether the quotes will work, or whether they need to be  
replaced with single quotes. Problem is, I've got no PS file to test  
with.
