BibDesk imports the following text formats:

- BibTeX
- RIS
- PubMed/Medline
- MARC
- JSTOR
- Web of Science (ISI)
- Dublin Core XML
- Refer

for how to add references.  I'm not familiar with MathSciNet or ZMATH.
