I thought I'd have a look at the Lilypond since my son writes music.
I installed the engines from Nicola Vitacolonna's Personal Page and
tried to run as instructed. I was focusing on the Lilypond-LaTeX
engine. I found I had to change the shell from tsch to bash. I then
had to remove (......) fro lines 20, 84, 86, 87, 88. I've now run
into a error I don't know how to solve. The Texshop console
says .........../Library/TeXShop/Engines/Lilypond-LaTeX.engine: line
94: syntax error: unexpected end of file. If anyone knows how to
continue from here I would like to continue and work out how to run
Lilypond from Texshop.
BTW using Lilypond straight is always something of a pain, so if it
can be called from Texshop thing can only improve.
