Try by checking up the TeXShop's menu:

TeXShop -> Typeset -> TeX and Ghostscript
  then [Typeset] the tex file.

If it works (I think it should), you can make this option the default by:

TeXShop -> Preffrences -> Typesetting -> Tex + Ghostscript -> OK
