[OS X TeX] TextWrangler and LaTeX

There is an automatic balancing (Preferences -> editor defaults ->  
balance while typing), and there is a Balance commmand (editor ->  
balance) to which you can assign a keystroke as any other command in  
TextWrangler. There is no "begin-end" balancing though. But perhaps  
you are referring to something else?

Whath would this be?
